  • An Employee Benefit Trust, or EBT, is a trust that may be used to support employee share or cash incentive arrangements.

    The trust is administered in accordance with its trust deed, relevant plan rules, trustee duties and applicable legal, tax and regulatory requirements.

  • Yes. Fiduchi can provide professional trustee and associated administration services for EBTs.

    We can assist with the establishment of new trusts or the transfer and ongoing administration of existing trusts, subject to review, due diligence and onboarding approval.

  • Yes. Fiduchi can support both UK and Jersey-based employee trust arrangements, either separately or as part of a coordinated service.

    The appropriate structure will depend on the client’s requirements, the relevant plan rules, tax advice and applicable legal and regulatory considerations.

  • Share Incentive Plans, commonly referred to as SIPs, are UK tax-advantaged all-employee share plans.

  • Yes. Fiduchi can support clients with online administration tools for employee share and cash incentive plans.

    The platform can assist with participant records, reporting, award information, employee access and administration of relevant plan activity, depending on the agreed service model.

  • Employee Ownership Trusts, or EOTs, are trust arrangements that may be used in connection with employee ownership structures.

    Fiduchi can provide trustee, administration, governance and corporate director support for EOT trustee companies where appropriate.
