Fiduchi provides professional trustee services and associated administration services, utilising a market-leading administration platform, in respect of their clients’ UK based employee trust requirements.
Typically UK based employee trusts are used in the facilitation of tax advantaged all-employee share plans - Share Incentive Plans (“SIPs”) and Employee Ownership Trusts (“EOT”).
We are expertly positioned to establish new trusts or accept the transfer of existing trusts. In either case, our experience is such that we are able to work alongside clients and their advisors to assist with clients’ specific requirements. Typically the trustee will:
SHARE INCENTIVE PLANS (SIP)
Trusteeship and administration in respect of share incentive plans;
The provision of an administration platform with employee access to awards.
EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP TRUSTS (EOTs)
