How we can help with your offshore trust requirements
Fiduchi provides professional trustee services and associated administration services in respect of their clients' Employee Benefit Trusts (EBTs) with the additional benefit of access to a market-leading administration platform.
EBTs are commonly used in the facilitation of share and cash incentive arrangements by a range UK and international clients of all sizes, from large listed companies to privately owned businesses and portfolio companies.
We understand that the purpose of the EBT will differ from client to client and depend on the incentive arrangements adopted so our service is tailored in accordance with individual client requirements, whilst always being mindful of the trustee’s overriding duties.
We are expertly positioned to establish new trusts or accept the transfer of existing trusts. In either case, our experience is such that we are able to work alongside clients and their advisors to assist with a broad scope of requirements. Commonly seen examples include:
