Our purpose
We believe businesses have a responsibility to contribute positively to the communities in which they operate.
The Fiduchi Foundation was established in 2018, being formally registered as a charity in 2020, to provide a clear and coordinated way for Fiduchi and its people to support charitable causes. It enables us to combine financial donations with hands-on involvement, helping charities not only through funding, but through time, skills, awareness and practical assistance.
Our aim is simple: to support registered charities whose work creates worthwhile and lasting benefits for people, communities and the environment.
How we make a difference
Funding
We provide targeted financial support for projects, initiatives and operational needs that can deliver a clear and positive outcome.
Volunteering
Our team takes considerable time to support charities through community projects, fundraising activities, events and practical volunteering.
Raising Awareness
We use our platforms and networks to highlight our charity partners’ work and to reach new supporters.

The causes we support are shaped by our people. Fiduchi employees are encouraged to recommend organisations that matter to them and to take an active role in the Foundation’s activities.

Our story
The Fiduchi Foundation was established in 2018 and formally registered as a Jersey charity under the Charities (Jersey) Law 2014 on 19th May 2020.
Creating the Foundation allowed us, here at Fiduchi, to bring its charitable activity together under one clear structure. It provides a responsible and transparent framework through which the company, our employees and other supporters can contribute to worthwhile causes.
The Foundation was designed to coordinate charitable activity across Fiduchi and provide both practical manpower and targeted financial support.
Looking ahead…
Our ambition is to build long-term relationships with the charities we support.
Rather than focusing only on individual donations, we want to understand the challenges each organisation faces and identify where our people, resources and platforms can make the greatest difference.
As Fiduchi continues to grow, the Foundation will remain an important part of how we contribute to the communities around us.
