Modern Slavery Statement
Fiduchi is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We fully support efforts to eradicate modern slavery and human trafficking and take a risk-based, proportionate approach to identifying and managing these risks within our operations and supply chains. This statement outlines the steps we are taking to prevent such practices and reflects our ongoing commitment to responsible business conduct.
Our Business
Fiduchi is a regulated trust and fiduciary services provider headquartered in Jersey, with additional offices in London and Dubai. We provide services to private clients, families, corporates, and intermediaries globally. We are regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission and are committed to upholding high standards of professionalism and ethical practice in all jurisdictions in which we operate.
Our Ethical Commitment
We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and other forms of exploitation have no place in our business or supply chains. Our internal culture promotes respect for human rights, and we hold ourselves and those we work with to high ethical standards. As a participant in the United Nations Global Compact, we align with its Ten Principles, including those relating to human rights and labour, and support broader global efforts to uphold dignity and fairness in the workplace.
Governance and Risk Management
Our internal control environment includes policies covering Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation, Whistleblowing, Conflicts of Interest, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption. These policies support our ability to identify, manage and mitigate ethical risks, including the potential for modern slavery within our supply chain.
Given the nature of our business and professional services model, we assess the risk of modern slavery as low. However, we remain alert to potential risk areas, particularly with third-party providers of operational support services such as IT, facilities, and travel.
Due Diligence and Supply Chain
Where appropriate, we seek confirmation that suppliers have adequate policies and practices in place to address the risk of modern slavery or exploitation in their own operations and supply chains.
Our suppliers include providers of office management services, delivery and courier services, catering, maintenance, repair, and cleaning services. We also procure goods from a range of reputable retailers and wholesalers, including books, publications, research databases, computer hardware and software, telephones, copiers, office furniture, fixtures, and general office supplies.
The services delivered are generally carried out either on our premises or in close collaboration with our personnel. These services are performed in professional environments where exploitative practices would be difficult to conceal. The majority of our office goods are sourced from well-established suppliers operating in jurisdictions with strong regulatory oversight. We do not engage directly with source suppliers in sectors or regions known to present a higher risk of modern slavery or human trafficking.
