Our Commitment to the UN Global Compact

As a regulated trust company based in Jersey, we are committed to the highest standards of governance, integrity, and corporate responsibility. Our membership of the United Nations Global Compact reinforces these values, aligning our operations with ten universally accepted principles covering human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption.

Embedding Responsible Business Practices

Operating under the supervision of the Jersey Financial Services Commission, we take seriously our role in upholding international standards and promoting ethical conduct. Our participation in the UN Global Compact reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainable and principled business practices.

We support and apply the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact:

Human Rights

• Support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights;

• Make sure that we are not complicit in human rights abuses;

Labour

• Uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;

• Eliminate all forms of forced and compulsory labour;

• Abolish child labour; and

• Eliminate discrimination in respect of employment and occupation;

Environment

• Support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;

• Undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility;

• Encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies;

Anti-Corruption

• Work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

As part of our commitment, we complete annual Communication on Progress to demonstrate how we are implementing these principles across our business. This reporting underlines our dedication to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
