Each year in September, Fiduchi welcomes a new cohort of high-potential trainees who are ready to take ownership of their career from day one.  Our Annual Trainee Intake Rotational Programme provides hands-on experience, support for your Professional Qualification and a strong foundation in our core value of Excellence through Ownership.

Who we’re looking for

  • School leavers (minimum of A Levels or equivalent) or recent graduates with drive, curiosity and a passion to deliver an excellent client experience.

  • Self-starters who are eager to put in the effort to take ownership of their development.
