Simon brings a unique blend of military, legal, and financial sector experience to his role as Director of Risk & Governance at Fiduchi. His career began in the military and legal fields—disciplines that instilled a deep commitment to integrity, structure, and strategic oversight. He went on to hold senior global positions in risk, compliance, and corporate governance, working at board level across independently owned, private equity-backed, and bank-owned firms.

Simon has led multi-jurisdictional Group Risk, Compliance, and Legal functions, setting and upholding high governance standards across varied operating environments. He also brings niche experience from the hedge fund sector, with particular expertise in crypto-related futures. In the public sector, he has served as Chair of the Jersey Police Authority since 2023, supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of policing in the Island.

Simon holds a wide range of professional qualifications, including BA (Hons), PgDL, Chartered MCSI, DipPFS, MIoD, Cert CII (MP), CPL(IR), FI(A) & FE(A).
