Scott is a well-respected and experienced industry figure, having worked across the Finance Industry in roles covering Trust, Investment, Private Wealth and Control and Governance.

In his previous role Scott held the dual position of Head of Control and Governance and Retail Bank Chief Operating Officer and was tasked with delivering strategic implementation, change management and effective leadership for the Jersey Branch of a large Global Bank.

In the role of Chief Operating Officer for Fiduchi, Scott will be responsible for oversight of outstanding service levels to our valued clients and intermediaries whilst ensuring that the Fiduchi values of providing Inspiring, Independent and Trusted service are upheld throughout the business. Simultaneously, in an ever increasingly digital world, Scott is responsible for delivering an adaptive culture throughout the organisation which is capable of keeping pace with change.

Scott is a STEP member, holding a Diploma in International Trust Management, a Fellow of the Securities institute and holds the ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance. Scott joined Fiduchi in 2021 and was subsequently appointed to the Board of Directors following Regulatory approval.

Outside of Fiduchi, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and is actively involved with Macmillan Cancer Support Jersey where he sits on the Board as Director of Governance.
