We are operating as normal. Pursuant to its published COVID-19 Exit Strategy the Government of Jersey is transitioning from  level 2 to level 1 in its management of mitigating the spread of COVID-19.

Whilst the key objective remains ensuring that social distancing is maintained, we will be moving to working from the office with effect from 17 August 2020.  We have taken measures to ensure that Fiduchi remains compliant with the Government of Jersey published guidelines and we continue to work to ensure the safety of our team at all times. Whilst some of our team will continue to work from home, we continue to be there for you.

We very much recognise the impact of COVID-19 on the way that work will look in the future. Our clients are at the heart of what we do, no matter where we are.

Please contact your usual Fiduchi contact in the normal way. Should you have any comments or questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our office is open, and we have taken measures to ensure that Fiduchi remains compliant with Government of Jersey published guidelines. Our team continues to be there for you whether working from home or in the office, and we continue to work to ensure their safety at all times.

Fiduchi continues to operate very much as normal, despite the lockdown restrictions imposed. The Government of Jersey has recently published its COVID-19 Exit Strategy, moving from level 4 to level 3 in its management of mitigating the spread of COVID-19.

Whilst Level 3, has seen some easing of the lockdown restrictions that were imposed with effect from 31 March 2020, the key message is very much for businesses to allow their people to work from home where at all possible. Whilst our office is open, our team continues to be there for you whilst working from home and we continue to work on ensuring their safety during this time.

Updated: 30th March 2020

As at 08.30 on Monday 30th March 2020, the Government of Jersey placed the island into lockdown to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This means that our main headquarters are now closed to the public, and only a few essential employees are permitted to be in the office, but only if circumstances require. The bulk of our people are now safely remotely working from home. They remain contactable through all existing communication channels as stated above. See Fiduchi's people contact details here.

At Fiduchi, we care about our people and our valued clients. The Covid-19 virus has now been declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation (WHO), and we are keen to play our part in the efforts to slow and contain the spread of the virus.

To ensure that we can continue to deliver our business as usual approach, we've made the conscious efforts to provide our people with the best possible platforms and systems. This will allow us and our people to work remotely in line with our business continuity plans should it become necessary to minimise the risk of interruption to the service delivered to clients. Our Jersey headquartered office is open as usual; however, we have put some restrictions in place regarding travel in line with the WHO's recommendations.

To safeguard the interest of our key stakeholders, people and the general population, we have suspended all employee travel and event attendance. We are prepared and ready to allow our people to work from home where desired or should it become necessary.

Clients wishing to contact Fiduchi or their trusted advisor can do so in the usual manner, and all contact details remain the same regardless of their location. Where also suitable or appropriate, our systems allow for video conferencing through Microsoft Teams. We also have the ability to video conference through WhatsApp, Facetime and Skype.

We are closely monitoring the advice from Local Government and WHO and adapting our internal procedures as necessary. We hope this re-assures our clients and stakeholders that our business as usual approach means they should feel confident that we can continue to support their needs.

We thank you for your trust and commitment to Fiduchi, and should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
